What types of events can be held at The Liberty Venue - Lancaster?

Our beautiful, historic venue - a former tobacco warehouse built in the early 1800s - is versatile and can accommodate a wide variety of events. Whether you are planning a corporate conference, a team meeting, a private party, or an intimate dinner party, our venue is equipped to meet your needs.

How many people can The Liberty accommodate?

 

Our event space can accommodate up to 80 guests using high-top tables. For seated events, we can comfortably accommodate up to 60 guests. We understand the importance of creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience, so we ensure ample space to move around and socialize, to do so we request an estimated final headcount to allow us to customize the table layout specific to your needs.

May I bring my own caterer and bartender?

 

Absolutely! We want to ensure your event is perfect in every way. You may either hire your own licensed and insured caterer and bartender, or bring in your own premade food. We offer a caterer’s kitchen with dual stoves and ovens to keep your food ready to serve. And our large bar can accommodate a bartender or be set up for self-service.

Do you have a list of preferred providers?

Yes, we’re happy to recommend providers based on your needs.

Do you have audiovisual equipment and technical support?

​

Yes, our venue has two large flat-screen TVs with USB and laptop connections, and a high-quality sound system with a microphone. Our dedicated technical support will be there to assist you with our equipment. You may bring in additional equipment if your event requires it.

Are there any Restrictions on decorations or set up?

We want to help make your dream event a reality.

This includes prioritizing the safety of your guests and our staff.

Almost anything is possible;

however, we prohibit the use of confetti, glitter, and open flame.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there’s plenty of parking for you, your guests, and your vendors at The Liberty Venue - Lancaster. There is street parking and handicapped parking immediately adjacent.
